We collect general contact information (name, address, phone and email address) at time of purchase. Credit card information is immediately removed from our credit card processor after the transaction is completed.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect to contact you in case an important update is issued, for follow up purposes (after the sale), and to notify you of new and exciting products we're working on. At any time, you may ask to be removed from receiving further notices and we will immediately do so.
Sharing of Personal Information
We will not share your personal information with anyone outside of Big E-Z Bookkeeping.
Return Policy
We want customers to be happy using Big E-Z Products!
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the Big E-Z Product you ordered, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, less shipping.

Can I Install This On More Than One Machine?
You can only install Big E-Z Books on one machine. The data you enter and the files we provide are one in the same. So to prevent your files from being over written we have set up a safety feature. This safety feature does not allow you to install it on more than one machine and transfer files back and forth.
Is This A Yearly Purchase?
Yes. Each year there would be another set of files to purchase. A $20 discount code is provided upon registration and can be used toward your next purchase. Or refer 3 people and get your next copy free!
What Changes Can I Make to the Files
Big E-Z Books has many formulas and hundreds of linked cells. We have locked down the software to protect its integrity and prevent formulas from being deleted.
What You Can Do
- Change categories to fit your needs
- Set budget amounts (in one month for duplication in all twelve)
- Input data in blank/white cells (to track income and expenses)
- Reconciling the checkbook (to prove your records are accurate)
- Print reports (to store in a binder and to give to accountants)
What You Can NOT Do
- Cut and paste data (into the spreadsheet from another)
- Sort data (by date) after entering
- Add or delete rows and columns
- Change column widths
- Print checks or invoices
